Terms and Conditions

 

JL Bounce House & Party Rentals

Effective Date: Feburary 10th, 2026

By booking services or using the website of JL Bounce House & Party Rentals  you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Reservations & Payments

  • A reservation is confirmed once payment or deposit is received.

  • Full payment is typically due prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the event to receive a refund or credit (adjust as desired).

  • Cancellations due to weather may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the cancellation window.

Delivery & Setup

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the setup area.

  • The setup location must be flat, free of debris, and accessible at the scheduled time.

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present during delivery and setup.

Use of Equipment

  • Equipment must be used in accordance with safety instructions provided at delivery.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.

  • Shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, and pets are not allowed on or inside inflatable equipment.

  • Equipment must not be moved once set up.

Safety & Liability

  • JL Bounce House & Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse, rough play, or failure to follow safety rules.

  • The customer assumes all responsibility for participants using the equipment.

  • The customer agrees to release and hold harmless JL Bounce House & Party Rentals from any liability related to use of rented equipment.

Damage & Cleaning

  • The customer is responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, stains, gum, food, or damage.

  • Equipment returned damaged or missing parts may result in repair or replacement charges.

Weather Conditions

  • For safety reasons, equipment may not be set up during high winds, heavy rain, or unsafe weather conditions.

  • Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled based on availability.

Prohibited Use

The equipment may not be used:

  • In unsafe weather conditions

  • By intoxicated individuals

  • For purposes other than normal recreational use

Website Use

All content on this website is owned by JL Bounce House & Party Rentals and may not be copied or used without permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
